Business as usual

We remain open for business and fully accessible to our clients and business partners. While our colleagues are working from home during this period, all our systems are fully operational and secure.

Any correspondence sent to our London and Edinburgh offices is being collected regularly, and any cheques received are being deposited as normal. If you have sent any instructions or cheques but have yet to receive a reply, please contact your private banker as soon as possible.

As a reminder, we will never contact you to ask you to move money to a “safe account”.
