Supporting environmental developments
We welcome enquiries from clients seeking finance and guidance for Passive House developments and other environmentally-friendly home and renewable energy initiatives. We also offer finance for environmental projects such as forestation and peatland restoration.

Reducing our carbon footprint
As well as supporting clients with their environmental projects, here are some of the ways we are reducing our carbon footprint:
Energy
100% of the energy we use in our largest office is from renewable sources.
Travel
To reduce the amount we travel for business, we are making greater use of video conferencing capabilities. We also provide our staff with ‘cycle to work’ and electric vehicle leasing schemes.
Paper
The paper we use is from fully sustainable sources and we provide digital banking to offer clients paperless statements.
Waste
We separate our waste which is then either recycled or turned into energy.
