Colin Tate

Colin started his career as a Management Consultant in roles with Accenture, Capgemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he delivered transformational business and technology change for a wide range of clients across different industries.

In 2010, he joined Sainsbury’s Bank where he was Head of Digital Transformation, Head of Strategic Design and Head of Architecture and where he was responsible for the design of a wholly new retail banking target operating model. Colin joined Hampden & Co in 2021 and leads the bank’s technology strategy and business change programmes.
