Our secure, convenient digital services let you control your finances wherever or whenever you like. In addition to our internet banking, we also offer a mobile app for Apple and Android devices.

Moving to our new digital service

For existing clients who are moving to our new digital banking service, please register using the link below. Please make sure you have first downloaded the mobile app, available on both the Apple and Android app stores. If you would like any help, please contact your Private Banker.

Banking on the go

Our Digital Banking service has all the capabilities you would expect. Review your past transactions, transfer money between accounts and make domestic and international payments. Our digital services also include:

  • Mobile Banking: Check the balance of your accounts, view past transactions and make payments. You can also manage your Direct Debits and Standing Orders
  • Easy access: Our Digital Banking services are available on all commonly used web browsers and mobile devices, including tablets
  • Alerts: Set up alerts via email or text message, for example when your balance goes above or below a specified amount
  • Private Banker messaging: Your Private Banker's contact details are readily accessible so you can send secure messages directly
  • Future dated payments: Set up a payment to leave your account at a date in the future
  • Bulk payments: Upload a set of payment instructions using a defined, easy-to-use format - (please speak to your Private Banker, who will share this template with you)
  • Authorisation: For accounts requiring multiple signatories, Digital Banking enables one person to initiate a payment, with one or two further signatories providing the appropriate authorisation
